... they filled the church with --
clear, glorious sound ...
Opera, classical music and choir music sung by women's choir La Nova Singers in Dorset

For the 2017 Season, classical chamber choir La Nova Singers will continue to champion new music for female voice choirs. Their summer concert will feature songs by the French baroque composer Jean-Baptiste Lully, alongside sacred music written by contemporary composer Frederick Naftel. Pieces by Purcell, Mozart and Verdi will also feature, offering audiences a musical feast. The singers will be joined once more by musicians of the Parry Ensemble, and by acclaimed pianist Sam Hanson.

Looking towards the end of the year, the singers will perform a candlelit festive concert in the beautiful acoustic space of St Ambrose Church in Westbourne. With mulled wine and mince pies sure to be on offer, and the promise of spine-tingling harmonies to warm the winter night, this is a date to mark in your diaries now.
